Intention/Motivation

This project is a private project and was initiated by some discussions with coworkers about the bad mobile connetions at out company with some provider. For Android there are some application but for SFOS there wasn't. So I decide to go deeper in the materia for learning about qt5/qml, dbus et. I'am a java enthusiast (beside unix/linux user) most of my private projects are java based. But with some new android projects I recognized that with current ides (netbeans, android studio etc.) there are little possiblities to share sources amonst them. (no preprocessor, no project conditional compiled sources, only some hardlink would allow to to share sources) I at my current knowledge I think C++ with QT is a more versatile for coss platforming than java.

Payment

This is a private project and even if it interesting, I fear that in any case it would be not big enought to fund by life. I current have to be happy with my normal underpayed excessive labour. I'm a dedicated tax payer so i have to declare extra income. Currently better solution is to listen to (advertising free) radioparadise (in my opinion the best streaming radio in the world) and maybe send them some money for continue their service. If you are german/europe based you might check if it is better to buy your music from JPC than from amazon.

Source/Licence

Well, i think the licence should be something like GPL but I have no intention to fix this. I'm an old style cvs (home) user so i don't like github and currently I have no motivation to deal with it. I will try to provide a source tarball with the next (0.3) version. The QML part is mainly a task requiring great diligence, but I'm proud of cracking up the response of the QT/SBUS communication so I have no problems to share my results to other.
